The prices are inclusive of VAT at 24% The prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to make changes.
For full-day bookings, we charge the rent for the day as well as the overtime costs of staff members for any overtime after an eight-hour working day.
Communications and marketing of events
If you rent the facilities, please bear in mind that you are responsible for the marketing and communications of your event, including press releases, posters, flyers and newspaper advertisements.
Our communications team sends event information to the What to Do sections of newspapers. All events held at Vuosaari House are also shown on our website.
